Sixteeth century manor house were, according to tradition, where Miguel de Cervantes stayed in 1594 while staying at the villa as a fund for the funds of the Grand Army. He was born in 1631 in which he was Bishop of Malaga, Fray Alonso de Santo Tomás (Alonso Enriquez de Guzman and Orozco), illegitmate son of Philip IV and Dona Constanza de Ribera and Orozco, maid of honor of Queen Isabel of Bourbon, who married in a hurry with Jose Enriquez de Guzman and de Porres, to be his "legitimate and natural son". At the age of 16 years, the king wanted to recognize it and bring it to court, but rejected the offer and decided to join the Royal Convent of Santo Domingo.
This building at the begginning of the street of San Francisco, belongs to civil Mudejar and outside has a beatiful facade with large balconies and wrought iron and cover closings in ashlar lintel, wich tooped by a narrow border which starts in brackets Gothic tradition.
Entering the front door, on the left has ones for carriages still preserved appreciate a hallway that connects with a beautiful courtyard gallery triple square with arches and columns of brick. The courtyard house focuses on each side consists of three brick arches supported by pillars of the same material. Housing had high and lows levels, but its former distribution is unrecognizable by transforming and adapting current municipal administrative use.
